What happens when I place my order?
Orders placed on our website are usually processed within 48 hours of placement of orders on business days, subject to stock availability and verification of customer identity. Should any delays be expected in the processing time, our staff will contact you within the same timeframe.
Tracking and viewing your order
Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you where a link will be provided to you to track your shipment. If you have a customer account, your order status and tracking will also be shown in your customer account so you can track your order easily.
Oops, I made a mistake, now what?
Should you realise you had made a mistake in your order, please email our staff at email@example.com or call us at as soon as you can. Orders are processed and shipped quickly here at 32° Watches, so there is just so much time we have to modify your order before it is shipped, after which there is nothing much we can do to stop the shipment.
But just hit us up as soon as you realise something is wrong, and our staff will do their utmost best to help you in any way they can.
