
Not satisfied with your purchase? We've got you covered.
If, in the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase from 32 Watches, you can simply exchange or get a refund on it (this excludes shipping and handling charges).
All purchases, including but not limited to, accessories, packaging material, security tags, manuals and blank warranty cards must be returned in new condition. Should there be any signs of wear, removal of parts or tampering (trust us, we'll know!), 32 Watches reserves the right to refuse your return or charge a restocking fee at our discretion.
Should your purchase arrived in a damaged condition, with parts missing or completely wrong, please email us within 5 working days from receipt of your order, and we will work as fast as we can to resolve any issues you may have.
So how do I go about returning/exchanging my purchase?
Please email our staff at aftersales@32watches.com and we will get back to you ASAP with a Purchase Return Number (PRN) and our return address to send your purchase to.
Pack the original shipping package and invoice and send it back to us, including your PRN and any remarks stating the reason(s) for returning on the package.
Please ensure none of the original shipping labels are visible to prevent confusion by the shipping companies.
While not necessary, we would strongly recommend you send the package with tracking as 32 Watches will not be responsible for any loss of returns/exchanges if they are not trackable.
Exclusions
The following items are generally excluded from usual return policies, unless previously agreed on by 32 Watches staff. They include but are not limited to:
- Items that are not stocked at our warehouse, not displayed on our website or otherwise require to be special ordered from our distributor
- Items that are customised, made-to-order, or otherwise impossible or difficult to restock
- Orders with a sale value of $4000 or more
