All orders shipped from 32° Watches are tracked and insured, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number included once we have shipped your order. Alternatively, you can also check the status of your order by logging in to your customer account.
Possible shipping complications
We know you cannot wait to get your hands on your new purchases, but we seek your understanding that things may go wrong sometimes. While we will try our best to help where we can, there are some things that are beyond our control. This include, but are not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions including typhoons, hurricanes, storms, earthquakes, etc
- Riots, strikes, wars, terrorist attacks
- The Avengers trying to stop Ultron destroying the Earth
Should your parcel be suspected to be lost, we will contact the relevant shipping authorities to lodge an investigation, and once we have confirmation that the parcel is lost, we will immediately reship your order to you.
Missed your delivery?
In the case of a failed delivery, the shipping company will leave a note at your door for you to arrange a redelivery. Please arrange this as soon as possible, because most shipping companies will not hold the package for longer than 30 days, after which the package will be sent back to us, and the buyer will have to bear the costs for shipping the item again.
Not what you wanted?
Upon receipt of your order, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is different than what was ordered, please contact our team at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will rectify the issue as soon as we can. Product discrepancies not notified within 5 days may not be honored for replacement. Please note that errors or omissions in descriptive, typographic, pricing and/or photographic representation are subject to correction.
